If you mean open strings, the answer is 'no' because if the bass police ever catch you doing this, you will be subject to a fine* (open E string is OK).

One of These Days by Pink Floyd is close it only uses 2 notes for the entire song. B is the note in the main riff, but it does switch to A for a few bars here and there.
