Orange RIG!!

What cab is that? Looks cool.

It is from a company called ear candy. Got in on eBay. Turns out the guy who sells them is kind of shady(according to the internet) so people order them and don’t get them which sucks. It sounds good though!

I thought it was a 115! Actually it looks about the size of my Avatar SB-112 NEO, which is bigger than most 112's.
How can you tell by picture? A itis the same size as the 115 I believe. Everyone thinks it smaller.it looks like that from camera angle and no casters.its heavier then any 410 cab I’ve owned and also deeper. Looks to be the same size as my fender Rumble 410 as far as dimensions go

Love the Orange rigs here.....
My AD200B is at the tech's, getting a once over, and new output tubes, while things are quiet.
I don't have any Orange cabs, and have only played thru a OBC115, basically a TL606 ... which I love, asI used 2 EV's back in the days.

Re the Ampeg PF cabs, that was my experience with them too. I liked the tone of the PF115HE but it flapped about once any serious volume hit it. Not only sounded like ass, but like it was gonna blow apart.
And this was with not a lotta power hitting it.
I bought Fender Pro Neo 115s and these have been great, great round 115 sound, that sound superb with the AD200B pushing them. They handle a good amount of power too. Probly similar to the Orange 115s in this regard.

(I think the tech's got some tone control knobs, and he's gonna replace those 'lovely' skull knobs while he's got it ... I hope:thumbsup:)

Anyway, stay safe all you folk, I'll report into the Orange club thread when my AD200B is back in my hands

I'm judging it's size in comparison to the head. It looks like the four 10 inch speakers are close together with very little room to the sides as compared to say, an Avatar 410 or an Ampeg. Yes it does look deeper though. I would expect a punchy but deep sound from it as compared to a "round" sound. Orange has does some interesting things with cabs, mainly because IMO they are rock cabs. They don't pretend to be all versatile. They want to slam you. How do you like the distortion in the head? It sound good on vids, better than most.

I recently took advantage of the Proaudiostar deals and grabbed two OBC210's for a vertical stack or a portable 410.
But when I do not need portability I use this big boy.

That is a very nice rig. Since everyone is posting pictures of their rigs I thought I would add one of mine. Terror Bass 500 and 2 OBC115'S.

Sunday I should be able to post my 4 Stroke 300 on those cabs. :bassist:

I ALWAYS try to take advantage of sweet deals. Patience also pays off.in the past ive rushed and settled just to see a few days or a week later,a deal on something.i just ordered a warmoth body and neck and I’m finishing my studio.after that once my band starts playing I’ll be adding an orange 115 to the lineup

Distortion on the head? The 4 stroke is more grittier and a natural overdriven tone opposed to distortion. People confuse overdriven with distortion.2 VERY DIFFERENT things. The whole reason why I went with the 4 stroke was for the lack of a gain, blend and OD channel.if I wanted distortion I would have went with the OB-1 or something.i enjoy the gritty growl of the 4 stroke. It’s not clean but CLEAR.its its own dirty clear sound.EXACTLY what I was looking for,for the punk alternative music I play.
