Yo! @outoftune, thats a cool rig, I almost went with 2 210 minis but opted to pair with a 115 instead. Seems to match up great!
How do like the O-bass?

Hi, I also have a Terror Bass amp. I tried the new 112 with it for portability. Not trying to discourage but I found the sound to be fairly singular like coming from the end of a tube...? I so wanted to love it, but it fell short. I sent it back and got a 210mini at proaudiostar. Much more happy with the 210, a more full controllable sound. Paired with a 115 and its a rocking' rig for sure! Cheers and good luck with whichever you choose.
I am wanting to throw a 210 on top of the 115 but ya those two 15's are incredible together.
I like the O bass. It sounds like a P with some nice fur to the notes.
Muddy? The OBC115 is not muddy at all. It puts out beautiful mids while still producing enough lows as well as highs even without a tweeter. Here is a video that does a pretty good comparison between the 115 and 410.
Thanks, Bleeker, I’ll definitively take that into account. I’d actually rather have a 115, but at the prices for Orange cabs...whew! I may look at used too. Thanks again for the heads up.
As promised, here are some pics from last nights gig with the Orange 4 Stroke 300.

Nice, congrats! I think I missed the boat by going for the OB1-500 rather than the 4 Stroke myself but I've never had the opportunity to test drive one:
It sounds great for doom-iness I'd guess & the saturated clean is good, but I can't for the life of me get it to a driven sound I'm happy w/ to date.
So far my OR50 > PPC212 w/ a G12H 55Hz & a G12 Gold along side the PF50-T/PF210/PF115-HE stack is the king of driven tone of what I've had, but it's an awful lot of cab & amp to move around.

I shouldn’t say muddy.low end dominant. I just have different preference.personally I like 410 with a 115.
I just converted an old sewing machine foot pedal to use as a foot switch to turn the compressor on and off for my 4 Stroke. I used orange LEDs to light up the inside.
Hey! Just stumbled upon this post doing some homework on the 4-Stroke 300 and OBC410. Playing in a punk rock band. Descendent22, any chance you've gotten to try it in a full band mix? If so, how'd it hold up?

Sounded good.depending how you dial it in It’s a quality amp.I actually just sold it. I made a couple hundreds on the unit. I Have nothing bad to say about the rig. I had great tone and great all-around vitamin, meds and high-end. It just wasn’t for me though. Ever since I got rid of my aunt Peg stuff I’ve tried many different brands. Nothing compared to my Ampeg V4b and 610 HLF Set up I had. So I just recently bought a new V4b and 610.couldn’t be happier

The V4B reissue is the other head I am looking at still. Given we aren't a touring band I don't mind a little extra weight, and I'm a SUCKER for tube amps. Had an SVT a while back, but that was WAY more than we ever needed. Been through a LOT of amps since and it seems I may end up with another tube 'Peg after all. Ampeg just seems to be the right tone for the genre....
Hmmm seller just said he'd throw in a footswitch and rack case with the 4-Stroke 300, and said he'd take 500 out the door...tempting. At that price even if I hate it I could PROBABLY flip it for a profit, no?
So I am currently running the same rig! V4b Reissue and 610hlf. Though my 610 is the old era that everyone called "darker/muddier". Is yours a newer production and any comparison between the two?
