If numbers are still to be had, I can has one?
I love Oregon. My wife's sister and her family moved to Portland back in 1996 and we've been coming out for visits ever since. Been wanting to move here all those years but my jobs always took us elsewhere.
We moved here to Portland just about a year ago. Loving it. I've lived all over the country, literally. Lived in 15 different states in pretty much every region and have traveled extensively across this nation. Oregon is tops for us.
I work for the state now and hope to never leave the PNW. I mean, the people are great, the beer and coffee, the natural beauty. Right here there is a confluence of rivers, we can be in the mountains in 90 minutes, at the beach in 90 minutes, the high desert is just a little further on East.
This is the only place I've lived where after I haven't had this thing of a few months in and the honeymoon was over and I started to plot my escape. We may not always live in Portland (though we love it) but I hope to always stay around here.
