Me too, I actually have my BP64 and a matching Cali76 original up on FAcebook Marketplace as I don't use it as much as the SVT ... i'll be interested what is released tomorrow, and it will be great if it is something we aren't thinking about at all.

I’m guessing if you’re reading it’s because you’d be interested in getting one of these fantastic pedals.

Sadly, it doesn’t yet exist. However, with the power of the internet, we can make it happen.

I contacted Origin the other day to ask them to consider making this. Their reply was positive and mentioned that I’m “certainly not the first person to request this”.

So, I propose this, if you want one of these, send Origin a message to that effect using their contact form (linked below). If they get overwhelming interest, I’m sure they’d be motivated to make it happen.

To answer your question, yes... yes we will make one. In fact, we were already making it when you emailed us. An earlier protoype was put to tape early 2024, so the pedal is already on a record!

It's great to finally get this out there and we know it has been a long time coming. But we wanted to get things right and put all the design and amp recreation lessons we've learnt over the years into it. We've also put a bunch of effort and consideration into the surrounding content and manuals, which hopefully you'll all appreciate as you get started with this new pedal (we've also updated the BASSRIG Super Vintage and '64 Black Panel manuals to match).

Because we were excited, we also made a Cali76 Bass Compressor to match the BASSRIG Fifteen that is now also available. And we've put together a video honouring the original amp:

Ordered! Thank you! I’ve been wishing Origin would release this for years. I’ve also got a Bergantino Ref II 15 showing up today… clearly, the Bass Gods are smiling on me.

So just to clarify... If I wanted to run this with the cabsim and still go through my Khan DI, I could use an XLR to 1/4 jack to go from the DI out of the BassRig and into the Khan? Is that correct? And then go from the Khan DI out to the FOH. Would there be any issues with that?
