Wait till you hear one. oh god, it's beautiful. I love the PJ tone. Good look finding one! They are tough to get.

I have a P/J but not a cow poke.

And maybe you guys know, why the bridge PU has its polepieces not right underneath the strings.

Sweet axe, congrats. To be honest, I don't know why the bridge pickup polepieces aren't aligned with the strings, either, but I'm pretty sure Fender uses the same pickups on the Roscoe Beck 5 bass which lots of people love, so there shouldn't be any problems. Maybe there's a couple of bar magnets underneath?

There is a hidden polepiece under each string, the idea is that the pickup won't pull at the string too much through magnetic force.

I already have a number, but I got a new P added to my quiver of axes, so I have to post it!:D

Mirror pickguard hopefully coming soon!

That looks nice.

I love that with the white pickguard. :)

Aaaahh... precisions.

I wonder why I am not a club member.
I'm a P addict. :) Next bass is definately going to be a P again.
I have my eye on a MIM precision, and I want an extra TF. :)

Its got a Christmas vibe!:D It has no pickguard now, the white one is at the local glass/perspex dealer, seeing if they can duplicate it in mirrored perspex.

And there it is, in a word awesome, in more words, GAS inducing, enough that I gotta take some stomach salts to settle down!:)

Now imagine the black one standing next to it. :)
Oh yeah, it's like collecting fine wines.

I got a new P this fall that I haven't shared.

My 2006 60th Anniversary P (MIM). Blizzard Pearl with American Standard pups.

WOW. I never saw Blizzard Pearl with white P/G.

Looks very beautiful.

Oh yeah, that'd be the ticket! I've been diggin' on the black one for a while, the two of 'em would be a heavenly combo!

Thanks! I hadn't either till I saw this one. I was thinking about changing the guard but the white has grown on me and I really like the way it looks....so, I'm keeping it stock. The bass sounds and plays GREAT!
