I have a submission for the P-Bass club and would like to have a number.

I've owned my No-Name Fretless P-Bass for at least 15 years. I only recently received it again, as I had it sent to me from my parents' place.

It is no name because at the time of my purchase, the seller told me it used to be a fretted Fender (or maybe Squier) but he replaced the neck with an aftermarket fretless. I was too naive to doubt at the time and there don't seem to be any Fender indicators of any type on the bass. That's fine; it was only $150 at the time. Not the best, but it was my first fretless and I was glad to own and learn on it.

Ok, it doesn't look like numbers are being issued. I'm going to assign myself a random number. lol (At this moment, typing =RANDBETWEEN(1,1000) into Excel. And the result is... 488. Yay!

Didn't even post my "new" Squier here. It's not exactly new (I bought it a few months ago) but I like it nontheless

As you can see, it's a Squier Classic Vibe 50's Precision Butterscotch Blonde. I put the covers on, and it has a gorgeous quartersawn maple neck!

I thought this was "the OFFICIAL P-bass club". Is there a different thread/club that is "more" official and more active? Enquiring minds want to know!

Just thought I'd post picks of my current main gigging bass. It's a cheap P bass made from replacement parts from all over the shop.

This is a bass that I'm not too worried about taking out in public, and so it gets treated badly, but she still sounds good. Nice mellow sound that get's dirty if you dig in.
