I believe that any bass model that is available for custom options can get all of the neck profile options.Is it just the SB2 or can you get "just a P" (SB1 or LB100) with the jazz neck ?

Yeah I have heard of places like Stratosphere, Warmoth, etc. The only problem is that the resale for these instruments are really bad since they are essentially custom basses. Would like to avoid the high depreciation, compared to factory models, of these parts basses if possible...

This is probably a stupid question but does having the Jazz pickup on a PJ affect the tone of the soloed P bas pickup? Or does the P pickup soloed sound exactly like a P bass (without the J pickup)?
