Didn't know where to put this so I tried here first. I have used paypal through my credit card to purchase stuff with no problems. Now I am selling some gear and I set my bank acct up with paypal. It's free for someone to transfer money from their bank acct but paypal charges a 3% fee to transfer money from someones credit card or paypal acct that has money in it. My paypal acct is set up to default to my bank. Will paypal auto deduct their 3% when they transfer the funds to me or will they transfer all of the money and bill my card?
