PAYPAL SCAM HELP!!!!

I guess that's this guy: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1047626386

Because he says this in his ad: '' THIS IS ALL MY STUFF IF YOU RE INTERESTED PLEASE CALL OR TEXT ALVARO VILLALOBOS....
I just ascertained that this Facebook profile IS indeed the seller.
What's quite remarkable is that one of his facebook friends added me a few days ago, and I don't even know that guy (Frank Anderson).
I'm trying to figure some more stuff out, I'll update you guys later...

Something is very wrong here.Either the guy is real & has ripped our fellow bassist or he is in Nigeria & just used this Alvaros details.I bet they know how to do it over there in Nigeria.
It all makes me pretty upset to know that theres not much that we can do.
If there is a fellow Tb`er near the place please go & visit him for our friend thats been ripped.Thats about all we can do for you from the TB side i quess !

Try this.

Email all the info and details to one of the detectives in Summit NJ on this page. Summit is a small town. I'll bet
they have run into this douche before.

Say that you want to file a formal complaint against this guy, this is wire fraud and grand theft probably. If you delivered the bass via the postal service that is also a felony offense.

That is three felonies right there. They may be watching this guy anyway, who knows, he is probably not the nicest
guy on the planet.

same thing happened to me as far as the western union thing and all that, its pretty common, i called paypal to make sure no funds were deposited in my account and told them about it, also calls to paypal are recorded, so that was another way i was watching my back. the guy tried to intimidate me and i just told him that i've called paypal, all the calls were recorded, i have emails (because they threated to use legal action against MY scam lol, i was just trying to sell a bass) and i just ended my last email to them "this transaction is over." and they never emailed again. and i never opened any of the spam email they sent trying to say money was deposited in my account. just by the email address i could tell it wasnt actually paypal and i forwarded it to paypals spam/scammer email address
