I am hating FdupEx right about now for criminey sakes over three days without a single shipping update. Unbelievably LAME. I will NEVER ship anything with them ever, ever ever. Still looking forward to getting the amp......someday, probably without notice.

With all the Genz users on here there have got to be a couple on this thread. Anyone have any experience with the gb shuttle 9.0 and the minimega? I've got it broken down to these two heads for my funk rig. Both heads have been said to have thick lows and I like that.

I owned both at the same time, and the MM was way louder and cleaner with a lot more low end.

I sold them both. I just play at home nowadays so I use big/heavy amps (which I don't have to move). Check the info in my profile (too many to list).

Haha you've got me beat on amps and cabs by a large multiplier. However I have you beat in the number of basses, not by much though.

20 with a couple more in parts waiting to be assembled. Better than some other addictions say I. Seven bass amps when the MM arrives plus 8 or 9 vintage tube guitar amps. Sad part is I'm not really a guitar player. But hey I cut back from a high of 25 or so at one point.

I tried headphones in both the minimax and minimega and I have to agree with the other comments about low output and popping. I guess I'm not too concerned with it since I don't really use it, but I can see why that would be an issue for some. I like the amps so much I would just buy a headphone amp.

Well just got an update from FnX amp will be delivered "today" 9-23-16 OooooooooK you can't make this stuff up. I guess the guy writing me is in India or something.

Not sure about the newer ones, but the older Sennheiser's are 600 ohm.
Not sure what most of the newer brands/models use.

Well, mine's going back. I need to vent... I came to that realization when I noticed significant static from the cab when the headphones are plugged in. It's easy to hear because of the issue with the low headphone volume. Not static in the phones, the cab. Unplug the phones, and the cab gets quiet. Go figure. And what's funny, if the head didn't have a headphone jack I'd probably be happy with it. But knowing there's that level of imperfection in this unit makes me not want to own it. I'm bummed, and a little PO'd about the whole experience. I'm ordering the 800 watt Ampeg for the same price. But that's just me, I know ya'll will enjoy yours.

This is actually a knows issue, and an easy fix.
