Yeah. I did. And when I finally came up for air there was a shinny new MB800 waiting for me!
When I called up Musician's Friend a week or so back, they said that they were still expecting a shipment on 6/8 and a small shipment on 6/3 (the date I was originally quoted and that originally showed on the site). If those dates still hold, I should have one of the first amps in hand before long.

Talked to guitar center yesterday. They said mine should be shipped by the end of this week.
Spoke to Peavey 3 weeks ago and they said they were on the water. Story adds up sound like it might get here. I'll post pics and review when I get it. I am going to use it to run a hartke 810 hydrive.

If you're referring to the June 8th date listed on the Musician's Friend site (still says that as of this post), the last phone rep I talked to said that was when they were supposed to receive it, but, still, it should be close.
just 4 days left to shipping! is this for real?
It has been pushed out to 6/18. Yesterday it said 6/8, so I thought it really might go through. I was originally told 6/3, but when I talked to MF last, they said that 6/3 shipment was small and that, sometimes, with two shipments close together like that (6/3 and 6/8) companies would combine them. No big deal, I thought. Five more days.
If I had an urgent need for this amp I'd be pissed. But, then, if I were relying on a months-ahead-of-time preorder to cover a gig, well, that's kind of putting all your eggs in one basket. Still, folks have a right to expect delivery when promised or, barring that, good communication and a reasonable explanation for the delay.
Someone said that when they talked to Peavey the amps were "on the water". If that was really the case, perhaps the delay is something (customs, docks) out of their control.
Color me somewhat-annoyed-but-sitting-tight for now. It's worth it to me to wait awhile longer. This looks to be potentially an amazing amp for a very good price. If the wait stretches out indefinitely, though, there are other amps.

It hasn't been there, discretely in your rack? I would think this would be the thing for a keyboard player who can hide behind all their stuff on the gig.
