StupidMatt said:Do most pedalboards come w/power supplies installed on them standard? If so how many pedals does it usually let you power?
I'm trying to decide if these things are really worth $120![]()
Tecx said:No most pedalboards do not come with power supplies, but if they do they for some reason can not power all the pedals that fit on the board (do I stay away from them... SKB/FURMAN/Pedal PAd) I prefer to the option to use whatever power supply I want...
Now I payed 134 usd for my last NYC Pedalboad, and it is worth it... He uses all top quality wood/matereals... And he uses Velcro brand loop fastner insted of carpet (first off velcro is a name brand, stop name brand association - if it aint' Velcro its "hook and Loop" fastner) I have never had a pedal come off... Ever... I would say NYC's are worth every damn penny... And I have owned a lot of pedalboards...

ps. Seriously Matt, you can power more pedals than you own easly with the power all!..

pedal board = board you put pedals on. Everything else is just gravy.
