I just got a pedal board from rondomusic. It's 35 bucks plus shipping and could fit 10 boss sized pedals if I'm thinking of it right ( I got the medium sized one). I've heard that the bottom of the board gets ripped up if you take the velcro off a bunch, but so far so good.
