so these things are 20 in right? Would I be able to fit these pedals on it? :BSW, bass big muff, Stereo Mistress, Phase 90, and a GGG green ringer

you'll have to take a tape measure to measure all of em and see if they fit into 20in. be sure to leave some space for the jack head connectors.

I bought the flat head jacks so that they take up as littel space as possible, which made it possible to fit all of pedals (including 2 big ones the korg dt-10 and the bass attack) into 20in.

Visual Sound One-Spot is what I use for most of the pedals. You can get chains with 5 or 8 (not sure the max you can chain). But some pedals (like my EHX XO BMS MOUSE) won't work on the chain and has to have a dedicated wall wart. Some folks use a Brick or similar, but I just use the One spot and the one wall wart; along with a power strip that goes in the top pocket.

Thanks for the info.

No problem. Just sharing info I learned here.

Okay, finally a pic. The patch cords aren't laying down like the smaller George L's or other may, but it's not too big a problem. I may change them out later if they push the pedals up too much too often.

Well, my mini arrived today and so I thought I'd see what would/wound not fit on there...here's take 1

Cables are Monorail w/George L ends. I think some of the EBS couplers will be necessary to save a little space as I'm hanging off the edges. Power supply is a Godlyke for now. It could become a T-Rex Fuel Tank Junior depending how quiet the board is at my next few gigs.

And for the first time, I'm actually unhappy with my Bass Drive; not because of how it sounds, but because it's too damn big for this board!

How do you find MXR Bass Octave? Is it clean octave or more synthy one?

It's hard to describe because the truth lies somewhere in the middle. It's on the cleaner side and won't go all the way into a usable synth-type sound, but it's not super clean either. Like all octave pedals, the tracking could be better and it starts cutting in & out around Bb.

It suits my purposes for now since I'm not really looking for anything too dramatic. My hope is to try out the new M288 once it becomes widely available.

I've played with the comp just after the tuner for years and I think I like this way just a little. I seem to get better response from the Fulltone. It's subtle so I'm not claiming one way is right or wrong. In fact, I like the sound of the octave pedal post compressor so I may play around with that.

I added the submarine, sold the Xotic BB. They are fairly similar but different - the submarine is more subtle (due to the simpler treble stack, no bass boost/cut) but sounds richer over-all IMO, and reallly drives the tube pre in my Shuttle Max. I do notice that it slightly cuts the very very highest treble, probably considerable to playing new strings for a week or two. If you play flats you'd never notice, but with the fresh set of Dr Hi-beams that I put on I can notice a difference.

Os added a feature of the Submarine TMK - the switch is a mid cut/mids flat/ mids boost and it sounds very musical in all settings. It flicks positions really easily, so it's a little tricky to switch with my foot.

I'm going to get some George L's next week and see how much space that saves me, and then see what I can fit in the new space or upgrade to a bigger board lol.
