I'm lucky. My first band lasted two years before everyone left for college (1977). My second band lasted two years before the lead guitarist flamed out, dumped his wife, started picking up barely legal teens with substance abuse issues for long nights in a back room and left to make a name for himself before disappearing for good (1987) and now my third real band is two years old and doing fine in 2017 and ..... oh $#!+.
