Pete Wentz plays what bass?

I'm sure his techs drop in Seymour Duncan QPB-3s in his P-basses, be it Squier or not. At least that's what the pictures in the thread seem to indicate.

The stock Squier seems to use Duncan Designed import versions of the quarter pounders.

Sadly though, many adults resort to degrading the "child" by referring to them as such, especially when they've realized that they lost the argument.

I have his signature bass. P-Bass with a jazz neck, and a really aggresive sounding pickup. Graphics aren't for everyone, but I dig 'em.

I watched their live DVD and he plays the Squier mostly but pulls out his CS Fender for standard tuning I belive. The Fender has a different graphic on the body and only one inlay at the 12th fret, while the Squier looks exactly like my bass. The Squier is a pretty nice bass, so I wouldn't doubt that he plays one straight off the shelf.

49 year old here. Yes, 20 year olds are still kids. I have a couple of my own. And no, 30 year olds are not kids. For the most part anyway.

I think the bass line on Dance, Dance is pretty fun to play actually.

wow... supprised at all the hate in this thread concidering the median age for this forum I would guess to be reasonably high.

my 2c? I actualy like the look of the bass, not a fan of the inlay or the graphic but im digging the red pickguard on a black & maple P.

i dont mean my comments in hate...just joking.

ill always admit happily im a mediocre bassist at best, and a lot of the bassists i enjoy listening to dont play crazy technical stuff. I love blink 182, they're brilliant, they've got pop sensibility up the wazoo and i can play along to their songs and not feel like an effin dufus (cant say the same for antiflag, rancid, op ivy). do i still make fun of them? yes. do i not respect them? no.

so maybe its not so much hate as just horsing around :)
