Thanks! You should see the colorshifting aspect. when I get my camera, I'll take better pix. The bridge is pretty beast. The headstock came out better than the body, unfortunately, but the colorshift is pretty awesome.

Eh,from 5 feet away most people wont be able to tell. You cant see the texture in the paint on my p bass. It's just what happens when you're forced to use spray cans.

Alrighty! Now I'm just waiting on the stack knob setup. And the pickguard material. I was hoping to time this so that I'd be finished when my Alembic comes in on thursday, but I don't think I will.

Well, I joined a punk band recently. Can't go playing the alembic there. Plus, I really miss the jaguar. But, yeah...I might spend thursday JUST playing the alembic. I can play the alembic with my metal band, though.

Yup...realized that after. So, I did it again on the front.

I put a competition stripe sticker on it, too. You can kinda see the colorshift. It's purple on the arm contour, green the rest of the body.

Rofl. What would you do with my ugly jag? I've decided I'm gonna name it the ugly jag project. The bass already has a name: Manly earl...but should I change it because I refinished it and changed it to passive?

It's the laptop's webcam. I have NO idea where my good digital camera went, so for now, that'll have to do. This is two digital cameras I've lost in this darn household. I make funny faces all the time.

Controls are almost all soldered. Now it just needs the pickguard to get cut and me to assemble it and it'll be DONE. And then I can take family photos.

I'm very excited to see the final product. Someday I may do a similar passive convert on my jag, especially with the stacked knobs and new guard.
