Probably the Crown, due to the 3 year no-fault warranty. Next, the Peavey, then the Mackie. The others will likely have no resale value.
But actually I'd probably buy the Crown 402 currently listed in the TB classifieds if I were looking for a budget priced power amp.

Crown for me but they're all going to sound pretty much the same.
I'd stay away from heavy amps, they fall down stairs harder.

i would probably go with the crown, if you had to pick one on that page. however, i use qsc and love them. also, as mentioned above, check out the carvins as well. get whatever is best for your situation and sound.

Of those, I would rate the Peavey and Crown the highest, Mackie following close behind, and the rest in the "well, if nothing else is available" category.
I would dig through the classifieds and find the guy who was selling the Yorkville A4.4 and see if it is still available.
I agree with Peavey, Crown or Mackie. IMO het the most powerful one. They're all fairly reliable. I also second that Carvin DCM opinion. I had a DCM1500, inexpensive, lightweight and very powerful.
Anyone notice that the Nady looks identical to a Crest CA?
You have to remember that a lot of off-brands OEM their products from companies that specialize in those things. I'll bet the beer money that Nady is made by Crest.

I didn't mean that as a put-down in any way. I'll put my beer money on the Nady amp being made in the Behringer factory, allsimsayin'. OK?.
I'd check into the Carvin DCM series also. I had a DCM2500 for a little while that was fairly close to my Crest Ca9.
I would not buy any of those amps listed on that page.
Take the same amount of money and shop ebay for some better quality used amps with more power.

BTW, the Buttkicker is not a traditional audio amp. It's designed for powering a shaker. Great product name, though.
