Another great family car from my much younger years...Rover P6
The engines in them were made here in town. I used to see quite a few Panteras way back in the day.
So I'm guessing you live in either Cleveland or in Windsor, Ontario (hi neighbor)
Many of the GM big block engines were made down the road in Tonawanda, and my favorite carburetors were made in my hometown of Rochester..... Woo hoo, proud to be from Western NY!!!!

Good memory! Born and raised. I never worked at Tonawanda but visited the plant on a number of occasions on business. Had a number of friends working there too, including a QC Superintendent and a Plant Manager.
I saw this car in an episode of 'American Pickers'. That guy has many 'bubble cars'.

Bubble-topped cars were (and still are, I suppose) quite a popular feature of these concept cars. Perhaps (probably), a lot of that is due to the lure of outerspace and rockets. The Jetsons certainly didn't hurt things, either!
They took the floor right off of the lobby in my old black & white photo lab!

My brother sent me a couple of Whatsapp messages about the uncle's Nashes.
He wasn't allowed to drive anymore after a stroke, so he sold them to an oldtimer dealer.
