My Yin Yang weekend toys. The Camaro is a 50th Anniversary special edition (Camaro Fifty). The MR2 started life red, but I had it painted the opposite color scheme of the Camaro, using the GM paint codes. The orange is the same color code as the Camaro stripes. The top, mirrors and engine vents are painted the same Nightfall Gray Metallic (not black) as the Camaro body.

@malthumb is the Camaro also yours? And if so, can you fit a bass in gig bag in the trunk? Top down?
Yes, the Camaro is mine. I can't fit any of my basses in the trunk, but I can fit them on the package shelf (aka backseat). Pictures below show what I packed for a specific gig. Two basses, speaker cabinet with micro-amp, instrument stand, gadget bag, and speaker stand. Fits better top down, but also works top up.

Thanks, @malthumb . "Bass fits in trunk" is non-negotiable for me and is tough to find with a convertible. My Audi A4 just barely does it.
You'd have to go Stanley Clarke short scale to make that happen. Actually, though I bet it could fit with the top up and lying diagonal. I never tried it that way because 9 outta 10 times I take the Camaro on a gig it's with the top down. I'll get back to you on that.
