If I could have any car in the world, it would be that one.
In October 2011 in Sferracavallo, Sicily I've seen a funeral procession led by a hearse like this, only it was silver instead of black.
Recently these have shown up:
Tesla's Model 3 Standard Range Plus converted into a hearse in Spain.
Hispano-Suiza H6C "Tulipwood" Torpedo, i guess the mudguards are painted with a wood imitation painting technique.

I think they made a Hot Wheels car of that, like way back when, probably worth a few bucks if you still had one. I'm sure if you owned the real deal thats probably worth a nickle or too also
