I don't know about that Phono, but I would not call that a bass uke being 28.5" scale, even with a piezo pickup. It's the same scale as the Ibanez miKro. To me a bass uke would be 25" scale or shorter. That Pono looks nice, but if you want a more bass uke, look at the Gold Tone ME 23" or 25" for less money and built very well.Ask @KohanMike, he's the resident uke bass expert.
