Is it illegal for people under 18 to fight a minor? It's not in Canada, if the laws are the same, I encourage anyone local to this kid under 18 to beat him senseless.

I refuse to watch the videos... but read the website. It sickens me how cruel people can be and wish they would actually use the law's full extent against POS's like this.
I always cry. Videos like this makes me sick to my stomach. The other time I stumbled upon a video of this kid just wailing at a tied up husky with his skateboard over and over again.
It kinda makes you wonder what the hell is wrong with this kid, and why his parents have not done something to help him. Something is wrong here, and it needs to be fixed.
Judging by the "/b/" written on one of the notes in one of the images, I'm guessing that kid's going to face the wrath of the anonymous army of 4chan- a fate worse than death
But seriously, I'm not watching that video and I sincerely hope that kid gets every bit of what he deserves for that.

I only got a few seconds into the video before I started feeling violent tendencies towards the scumholes involved. Someone should slam HIS head into a wall and laugh when he cries.

Their neighbor also made a video on youtube talking about how its "just a cat." He was defending the neighbor. Somebody looked up the neighbor in the the legal system and found this info on him, lol.

I would pay a lot of money to get my hands on that kid for just two minutes. Let's hope this campaign results in him suffering every bit as much as that animal. There is nothing in the world too bad for people like that to experience.

I'm not sure what to say, really. I didn't watch the videos and don't need to. I think I'm left with more questions than anything. What's wrong with this kid? What are the parent's stance (I'd be horrified if that were my offspring)? What is the maximum legal punishment? Can he be forced into some kind of treatment? Is he likely to shoot up a school?
I'd like to say I want him beat and my gut wished someone did the same to him, but he's 14. I'm torn on what I want to happen to him and knowing he's probably already got issues that a beating won't help. The "go kill yourself" note left on youtube wasn't realyl cool, either. He's 14. An absolute monster of a 14 year old, but 14 nonetheless.
