Possible problem with my SVT CL's line out?

Last couple shows I've played that were miked, the soundguys have said that they're not getting any signal out of my transformer bal out. I went home and plugged into my PA and there was signal. Were the sound guys doing something wrong or do you think there is in fact something wrong with my line out? Anyone else had issues with this?

The signal level of the balanced out is based on the pre-amp volume and tone settings. If the volume is too low, the balanced out signal will be weak. If the cable run is long, it will affect the amount of drive available.

As was mentioned, a bad cable is a possibility. There is the remote chance that there is a fault in your balanced out circuit.

Sounds like it could be that, because I've gigged this amp countless times before and never had any issues.

Sounds like Beans has a good answer but a cable or lazy sound man can also be the culprit.
FWIW, one of the best bass tones I ever had was a V4B in the studio with the regular line out going through a passive DI.
Might be worth a try.
