Well, maybe not exactly but close enough for a bar full of drunken Dylan fans at last call. I remember reading an interview with a guitar player who went to audition for Dylan. He said that Dylan told him to play LARS like La Bamba. That has always stuck with me for some reason.

To my knowledge, although I must admit that it's a bit sketchy, All Along The Watchtower by Bob Dylan is three chords, although not the I-IV-V form.

Instead, it's VI-V-IV; simple nonetheless.

And if you want to move to being more complex, well...there's Hendrix' arrangement, or, my favourite other than the original, the Dave Matthews Band version.
