A little off topic.

How does one edit a gif like this?

I tried to do so with Photoshop Elements. It will show all the frames (Pictures) as individual layers as it should, but I can't select and edit each individual layer. When I try to select a certain layer to edit, PSE will only show me the first layer in the interface.

I did it with Adobe ImageReady. This application used to come
bundled with Photoshop CS2 and earlier. They say [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] but
