who is she?

Gina Cariano (or something italian). Was a rather hyped MMA fighter, but has been out for over a year now since her first loss. She got lots of attention because she's one of the few female MMA fighter that is not only not ugly, but is actually rather attractive. Case in point, the person who dealt her first loss *shudders*.
