Not the Deep Impact, or the Animato signed by Muse...

heh heh. the good of this being, of course, i can make the board -bigger- than i need, and then have room for even MOAR!!!
Definately! My bank account is going to feel a bit of a hollow spot over the next few months
I only really use 3 effects, one of them i changed the settings so its almost like a bypass but with the pedal controling volume
the other is a sort of ODB-3 type heavy crunchy overdrive,
the last one is an envelope filter, sounds almost like a mix between a MXR M82 Envelope Filter and a EHX Bass Balls, except it pretty much stays at the same level the same time, the tone isnt affected by how hard you play, so im definately looking to move on to single effects pedals, looking particularly at the Digitech Bass Synth wah
i also use one of the chorus effects, and some of the reverb effects are really good

The Godzilla + OC-2 + Megalith == fuzzed out awesomeness Think the musket might be leaving! Great sound, but compared to the godzilla/megalith, doesn't really hold its own.

I've been looking to replace my Bass Big Muff with something else myself. It just doesn't cut through the mix the way I want it to.

Mids-scooping is the reason why. Either boost mids before the bbm or find dirt with a present midrange.
9 times out of 10, an odb-3 is not the answer.
Yes, you can sig me on that.
I have owned both the ODB-3 and a BBM... If you forced me at gun point to choose right now between the two I'd go boss.... and I hate boss.

Another reason that made me look at the Hyperion is the price.
In Brazil, the import tax is 60%.
I liked the Musket, but here, the difference $ 50.00 turned into $ 80.00 (and the tax covers the shipping too).
