I think you can fit quite a bit more on those boards and that misc moog at the bottom, the key will be to place the cp201 and ep-1 on the pt pro.
What's your signal chain? As Higgie will tell you I am the king of pedal arrangement
I know I could fit more on there, but not what I want to.. I know you are good but I'm talking about adding a CP-251 and down the road another freqbox. Also I don't like the two board setup.
But here have at it if you really want to...
Bass > Tuner > Loopmaster > Comp > Amp
Loopmaster:
1. M-88 > Hi Five > SOF-88
2. Freqbox
3. LPF
4. Great Wall > Katana Sound
5. Moog phase > AD900 > Phase 45 >Supa Trem
My humble little board. I made this myself from a camera gear case i got from work. Built like a tank and convenient because i can fit so much under the board. The board itself fits securely on top of these rails i made from foam to keep weight down. Soon i will need something bigger though.
EDIT: This one is actually in focus.

I have it and the Supercollider in a blend loop of the LS-2. I need to pull the Supercollider out of the blend loop because I just doesn't need it. I'm actually having a hard time putting the Multiwave to use. It's not that it isn't a cool pedal I just need to put forth more effort tailoring the sound and finding patches I want to use. I am finding it an effective EQ/Clean boost though.

max, the combination of Max in your id name and your avatar pic are freaking me out.
i played with a drummer for awhile named Max. Max had rabbits. his favorite was Mr. Wobbles. when Max got excited his voice would get higher, thinner, and sometimes crack.
when a bunch of our mutual friends were over at his place one time they asked to see his rabbits. in his happiness and pride showing off his bunnies he pointed to them saying their names. when he got to his favorite, his voice got super high and cracked as he said, "and this is Mr. WobBLES!!".
ever since then, a cute joke has been to repeat what Max is saying in basically the Mickey Mouse voice. followed by "ha ha, ha HA" a la Mickey.
