My pedals on my board (floor). I'm still listening to all of you and your suggestions on pedals as I'm going to be adding a couple more before long. Until then I'm kind of up in the air on the actual pedal board I'm going to get. But thanks to everyone for your reviews. :D

1) yes it's velcro on the aluminium board
2) yes, i broke the gain pot, i'm still waiting for the replacement pot from Marshall, but i was able to set the gain amount with a screwdriver (so it's not going to move) and it works fine
3) the bdi and the bad monkey are not working now but i will try to use them with the rick 4003 one pu in the sansamp and onother one in the bdi and both to the pa, setting different sounds on each one...
what you think?
I don't have two rig for the bi-amplification but I still can send two signals to the pa..
it's silly?

not at all! sounds awesome.

PS- I love Italy. i can't wait go go back there. i recorded an album in Parma!

That's a great board, Higgie.

Thanks!

Order? I like that board. Reading this thread has me shopping for pedals again, after three years of happy BP-8 use.

Thanks man, the order is:

Bass>Fat Boost>VFB-2>Punch Factory>Korg DT-10>Amp

VFB-2 Send>Wobo 2 Looper>105Q>VFB-2 Return

Loop A: Loopmaster Mini Loop (EHX BMS)>Marshall Shred Master

Loop B: Tonefactor Hellbaby>Crowther Prunes and Custard>Chunk Brown Dog>Chunk Agent 00Funk>MXR Auto Q

That's it I think.

wow. Just now I realized just how big the Barge Concept stuff is. do you think it's worth the real estate?

Nah as MysticBoo said, mine is custom. As you can see I have 3 switches rather than 2. Again as MysticBoo said, the normal ones are the same size as a LBM, or for reference from my board, the Prunes and Custard.

"I know you said current but Im going to post my old one as well.

This was my pedalboard from my noise rock band a year and a half ago:

pedalboard002.jpg

Ernie Ball VP JR, Akai Deep Impact, Sparkle Drive, ProCo Rat II, Marshall Guvnor, Boss GEB7, MXR Phase 90, Boss CEB3, Boss BF2, MXR Dynacomp, Eden Navigator FS, Morley FS (Rackmount Sansamp RBI), Tech 21 MidiMouse (Rackmount Sansamp PSA1)

Its built on a few pieces of plywood made to drop into a Roadready mixer case. All the wirring is run under the plywood through channels I routed. The whole thing is covered in heavy duty green canvas. Im not using the same setup anymore so Im redoing the board, and re-using the case.

And this is where Im at now:

This is what it should look like when done:

EB Volume Pedal JR, Sanford and Sonny Blue beard,MXR Stereo Chorus, Akai Deep Impact, TU2, Voodoo Labs Sparkle Drive, MXR Phase 90, ProCo Rat II, Ebow

The black box in the upper left is going to have jacks installed on top and the side with the pedals permanently plugged in on the side so that I just use the jacks on top to plug my basses and amps in, instead of trying to squeeze my hand around on the board each time I setup and break down. That makes it really convenient considering the fact that I run between 2 and four signals to different amps and inputs.

I was about to click submit when the UPS dude rolled in with this!

Its a Roland PK5A Pedalboard Midi comtroller. Im going to hook it up to a Nord Electro Synth/Organ so I can play deep doomy pedal tones while still rocking a bass line. I havent picked up the Nord yet, but I'll be ordering it as soon as the Nord rep tells me how many rack spaces the unit is. 4 or less and I go rack, more than 4 and Im getting the keyboard."

Do I get some kind of award? Im so incredibly happy with my setup.

You'll win the award when we see you pulling off the fancy pedal doom work whilst rocking the bassline! ;)

Oh, and I saw Coliseum on tour last year with Doomriders.

We share a practice space with Coliseum's drummer who lives down here even though the band is based in Louisville. They are easily one of my two fav bands along with Dove.

My band Coffin Dancer might ask Ryan (the guitarist/singer) to design some T's for us. Im also thinking of asking him to help me draw up my next tat.

Oh, and for what its worth, I dont plan on being too fancy, just loud and low. :D
