not the greatest shot, but i finally got a smart media card reader...so heres my board today, it will change by next week i am sure
this is also a home-made board, its like 26 inches long and 16 inches deep has a shelf where you see the ME-50B sitting, power strips sit underneath the shelf works pretty good, it sort of large but i actually had just taken off three pedal, will be adding a double muff this week, its in the mail...works for now.Haha, the demon IS jealous... While the Demon has one feature I LOVE, being the auto-on, the Morley just shrieks so much. It's awesome.
Really? What type of Morley is it? Do you like it more than the Weeping One???
I have the Demon and I love it- I think is screams pretty well. Are you telling me that the Morley beats it on that level?!!!!! Are you trying to give me another GAS attack?!
It's a 70's Morley Power Wah Boost, as used by Cliff Burton. I've given the morley two run-thru's, one at lower volume (when I first got it) and one at higher volumes (Today).
I've got to say, it's just a freakin' POWERFUL pedal. Metal Muff + PWB just gives sick amounts of distorted power. The Demon, for me, was too subdued. Yes, I am quite sickening in my search for evil shrieks. The Morley, I think, has got it. I made some deathly sounds come out of it.
Heh, I figured you'd mention that.
I'm not too great at tuning by ear, although I'm much better than my guitarist brother. Believe me, you'd rather not tune off of him... he's the kind of kid who has always refused to use a tuner for his drop-D tuning changes, and has always been shocked by the bad result when I force him to double-check his tuning with a tuner pedal. :scowl:

I can tune very effectively using harmonics, but I by no means have perfect pitch. I've come close once or twice... but usually I miss...
now that i think about it, my guitar player is more often out of tune than me. my bass can stay close enough to in tune for a good week or so, but he bends a lot of notes... he does drop tune the D by ear pretty well though

do you have a video camera that plays straight through the tv so you can watch yourself while you play? or is that just for watching normal tv?

Cool board, man. How do you like that Micro Q-Tron? I know that Bass Player didn't think too highly of it but their reviews leave a lot to be desired, IMO. More specifically: Is there a volume boost when you switch it on? Is it a subtle effect? Thanks.

TBH the only problem i've had with it is that it isn't too keen on active basses - it loves my MIA P, and other passive basses, but dislikes my P bass lyte and ibanez RD, yet has no real problem with my 18v ibanez BTB.
No volume issues tho, and with the passive basses, it is a really dirty, greasy filter!
EDIT: in case anyone is wondering, the Boss pedal far left is an expression pedal for the SYB5 - transforms this pedal... with the SYB and the octoplus = instant "deeper underground"!

hey.. nice board! I also had that Mold Spore for some time.
and greetings from Wolfsberg to Villach, hehe. We actually played together on a rock forum festival (I was with my previous band Abyss of Doom). Remember you using some kind of Boss Multi Effect back then.
