I heard the punc factory was transparent which sounds good. the EBS and Demeter are too expensive lol but i'll look at the Opostomp.

I believe the Boss CE-5 will do fine- it's cheap too :D


Edit: The Opostomp wins :P

I can definatly understand the cost aspect. Like I said, my main issue was the build of the thing, which wont matter if your good to it, and the model I tried had noise, but it could just be that one PF, I don't know.

I really liked it, as choruses go. As it turns out, I don't really like to use them, because they don't fit in very well with the music I'm currently playing. Pretty much the only effects I dig on are Dist. (Overdrive and Fuzz), Delay, Phasers (I like the spinning to kind of sit on top of my tone, rather than the whole Deep, Thick swirl of the chorus, if you get what I'm saying), and sometimes a Wah or Filter. Playing with more and more pedals has shortened the GAS list, but owning fewer pedals just means each pedal is allowed to cost a little more;) :D :bassist:

Hehe that last line can go with those Moog pedals lol Those are sick. But sickly expensive.

So if you havent seen, the BBE wins my board lol Now i have to think if i want the compressor outside the loop or not.. hmm.. going with outside the loop.

Ha, Moogs. They are awesome, but VERY weird. And VERY expensive. Nothing I GAS for beats the 300$ range. The list is in my Profile, but I'd say at least one pedal changes every week:D

Outside. I think it would sound strange hearing a compressed signal side to side with an uncompressed one.

A ROCKTEK PEDAL!!!

A friend of mine found one Rocktek chorus in his house, which his father used with a keyboard... it's pretty useless with bass, and it looks very cheapo, all plastic... how is that phaser?

YOU BETCHA! I actually swear by this phaser... it's awesome! I might step through it soon, but then i'll rehouse it. Seriously, I love the thing to death. Best $7 i've ever spent.

man i bought that phaser when Musicians Friend had them for super cheap and it was DOA when i got it.. now im really bummed that it could have been a neat pedal
