And you could put the Furman strip above the punch factory putting the OC-3 on its side, and that would give you space for at least 3 more pedals.

Thanks! The PF helps the OC3 hold the note a little longer but it's not a huge difference. Helps, though. I bought the Magicstomp when they were on closeout and had a 10% off deal from MF so it was $72. I didn't have a need for it at the time but then found a couple of places to use a flanger. It does a lot of things but I can't see my un-coordinated self trying to change settings in the middle of a set! Biggest PITA about it is the huge 12v wall wart. Without it, I'd probably lose the power strip, so dumping that for a 9v or 18v flange pedal would clear up a lot of space too.
Not sure if it would fit but I might be able to squeeze the other stuff closer to the right - good idea though. I thought about attaching it to the front of the board on the edge, and it will still fit into the hard case. Still thinking... Doing that, moving the DC Brick and trading the Magicstomp for a smaller flanger would give me too much room to fill with other stuff!
I'm in - at the top right is a green Chuck's no-suck true bypass looper. It's the total bypass for the board if something goes goofy - one step and I'm straight into the amp. I had him wire it differently so the in and out are on the right, this way the cable from my bass and to the amp are on the outside of the board. Next stop is the Fulltone Bassdrive, to another looper that switches in and out the signal going to the Aphex Punch Factory compressor and then to the Boss OC-3 octaver. After that, it's the EHX Bassballs and into the Yamaha Magicstop which is being used as a flanger. All powered by a Dunlop DC Brick and the Furman locking power strip, and sits on a Pedaltrain 2 board. Looks like the DC Brick could be moved to the bottom of the board, leaving space for a couple more toys...
dude... you need to utilize your pedaltrain potential... and hide some wires!
Better than it used to be... I'm going to get George L's as soon as I get it all figured out but since boards are always a work in progress, I'm not sure when that will be...
The thing I don't like about George L's are that you spend so much money on getting them, but if you change your setup, they aren't perfectly fitted for your pedalboard anymore...

But it's the plugs that are the bulk of the expense. So once you have enough of those the cable is only like $1/ft.
i'm diggin' the setup, SoCom! i just have two questions:
1) can i have your Deep Impact?

2) can i have your DOD Phasor 401B?

That one's actually a DOD 490. They're very similar, but the 401B is generally considered to be a bit clearer and offer more of a preserved low-end. I know for sure I didn't pay nearly that much for mine, though!

All I need is that PP2! I'm getting rid of the Dunlop DC Brick and some other stuff in an effort to make my pedalboard and its power source manageable!
I still have my EHX Soul Preacher... not sure what I'll be doing with it yet. The Multiplexer is up for sale, and the GK footswitch is staying on the side instead of on the board (it's easier that way). As for my Morley Power Wah... I don't think I'll be using it in my current band situation, but I'm not getting rid of it! And when the new Stereo Electric Mistress comes out... I'll be sure to get it and review it!
