Post Your Pedalboards: First Blood, Part V

It might find a home on the side of the board... it's always a work in progress, that's for sure! :p

I don't change my pedals nearly enough to catch up with you. Once I have something I tend to stick with it for a long time. The way I see it is if I am content with the sound I get out of one type of pedal, I don't need to try out others that are similar. I just start getting ready to mod other stuff

speaking of which I need to get my 1 band parametric equalizer working...

I also need to buy a delay so I can start working on that mod more... I have been having horrible luck finding a cheap delay pedal! I think I am going to go to GC today to see if they have any used delays in...

I've tried out a lot of effects, but in terms of what I've actually kept for any given period of time, it's nothing too dramatic. I've never owned more than three of any type of pedal, with the exception of compressors (I've owned five). I've tried a ton of pedals, but only a few ever make it onto my board!

...I guess three of every kind is quite a lot, though. :D

But look at it this way - no one's ever going to catch up to Jetpack's effects collection! I don't think he knows the meaning of the word "sale", but he certainly knows what "buy" means!

Updated with a Octabass, DOD 25, and a rockcase (nice ebay steal for $60). The DOD is begging for its life right now lol. I think Im going to kick it to the curb for a Qtron or something of the like. Now I just need a one spot or something to get some power kicking.

Well you all seem to be lacking pictures, and I don't think I have posted mine in a thread or two. So here it is. I will just add that I don't normally play with those settings on my chorus, it was an experimental day:bassist: .

That's a sweet board. It's nice to see someone else around here rocking an old school XXL.

P.S. How do you like that Electro Shine?

Finally, I get to post a pedal board :hyper:
I don't know what brand it is, I bought it second hand at Shivelbines in Cape Girardeau MO for $70

but it is powered, came with a case, all the cables to connect 6 pedals, 6 pedals worth of power leads, wall wart and a large strip of velcro.

A nice beginners board I guess. Its got room for my Sovtek Muff, Small Clone, Tuner, Synth Wah and a Bad Monkey which is beinging modded for bass b a friend right now.

I'm still gassing for compressor, a delay and a flanger......there should be a pill for gas!

My board has been shrouded in mystery for some time... here's my proposed idea.

BASS => EBS Multicomp (or other compressor...) => EHX Bass Micro Synthesizer => MXR Blowtorch => EHX #1 Echo => EHX Clone Theory => AMP (GK 2001RB)

All I need is that PP2! I'm getting rid of the Dunlop DC Brick and some other stuff in an effort to make my pedalboard and its power source manageable!

I still have my EHX Soul Preacher... not sure what I'll be doing with it yet. The Multiplexer is up for sale, and the GK footswitch is staying on the side instead of on the board (it's easier that way). As for my Morley Power Wah... I don't think I'll be using it in my current band situation, but I'm not getting rid of it! And when the new Stereo Electric Mistress comes out... I'll be sure to get it and review it!

Where's the TB BOA gonna fit?

Oh yeah, you gotta love the shiney XXL. The Electroshine is nice. I dunno, it is my first chorus and it's ok, but I haven't really found a perfect setting yet. It seems to go from too subtle to over the top rather quickly, but that might be the same for most chorus'. I have had a good time, and those Righteous Tones pedals are super solid, I mean build quality wise it feels way sturdier then my XXL or DT-10, it's right up there with my Tonefactor (which by the way is the bomb:bassist: ). I recorded a few sound clips a little while ago, but I might record some more that do it better justice later on.

Not got pictures yet.

But.

Electro Harmonix Little Big Muff
Boss TU-2
Boss PH-3 (given to me for free off a friend :D)

Anyone know where you can find small pedalboards? Nice and compact?

My dad has decided to start making me a pedalboard soon, but I just want to check.

Cheers! And pics will be up shortly!

I just have to get this off my chest. No pics or particular order yet, but I'm on it.
Here's the gang:
Radial Tonebone JX-2 Pro Switchbone
Lovetone Meatball (LOTS of fun)
Lovetone Cheese Source (awesome double-bill)
Analogman SunLion (also a wonderful double-bill)
Guyatone TZ-2 TheFuzz (surprisingly good for bass)
Keeley Vox 487 Mello Wah (six-different-tones-in-one)
Keeley ProCo RAT 3-way Mod (fat-crunch-smooth)
Keeley Line6 DL4 (sounds great! crystal clear)
Keeley TS9DX Flexi 4x2 (8-in-one overdrive, does the biz)
HAO RustDriver (great for the higher ranges)
T-Rex Comp-Nova (it's almost always on)
Malekko B:Assmaster (excellent buzz!!!)
Effector 13 Truly Beautiful Disaster (holy crap!)
ToadWorks Phantasm Dynamic Phaser (just...beautiful)

Think I've got room for more tho. :-)
