not nearly enough boards here people!!!!!

I was gonna wait until my Runoffgroove / OLCircuit Thor and custom "dual blend buffered FX loop pedal with pasv vol & tone controls on the clean signal before blending back to the FX" pedal were finished.... and until I wire it up purdy like.

but here in my work in progress... the comprosser may leave for a bi-comprosser (I'm at the top of the list but thought I wanted the ross and orange squeezer in separate boxes) and the wah is being replaced by a BYOC RMC3 clone.

Here in the almost finished box my Thor will be in
thor-blueflake_sm.jpg

The Thor is from www.runoffgroove.com it's a Marshall Super Lead in a pedal... very Van Halen I & II sounding. The LED is to be white to go with the lightning :)

Here is the Art I made for my blender...
blender-art.jpg

It'll go in the larger open area of the pedal with a pair of Green LEDs as the eyes instead of the placement in my original sketch

Anyway... here is what it sounds like as pictured above

very nice looking

my finished board is ALMOST done, I just need to find something to use to cover up the seams from the fabric I used to cover it...

Heres mine after my recent (yesterday) purchase of the Muff'n and DMM

yeah I might like EHX. I run the Line 6 DM-4 through the effects loop of the Q-tron+ giving it a nice sound

BTW:

if anyone is interested in the Snarling dogs bootzilla wah, I am looking to trade it for something. Please PM me

Hey grygrx,

I see you have that black pearl which is a clone of a Swollen Pickle which is a variation on a Big Muff. I also see a muff on the purple pedal wall. So I'm wondering... how do they compare? I've been considering a Swollen pickle clone(Black Pearl or Pickle Pie) but I'm wondering if I will like one that much more then my Black Russian Muff (which I do really like). I know a Black Pearl can be had for about $160 (not the fancy painted one you have). That's almost 3x the cost of a muff! Is it three times better?

Eye of the beholder stuff here. So far so good though.

yeah! how is the black pearl, grygrx? i still haven't heard back from the guy. :(

I'll try to get a review together this week. I've been really busy at work, and had a gig this weekend (and some other obligations).

Don't you think the pitch pirate in the VFB-2's Feedback loop generates hours of fun?

It could blow your mind. I'd love an expression pedal on the pitch pirate depth knob.
