Okay so I first tested the DiscoBob with the amp I practice on in my bedroom. I won't say what amp that is but I'll say that its really for guitar, it's very small, and it's really just there to make the bass audible.

Plugging into a better amp I got much better results mixing the DiscoBob with my Muff. I tried it with the DiscoBob before and after the Muff and ended up liking after better. It's still not quite the sound I was imagining but it's definitely cool and usuable. Tomorrow I'm heading over to the practice space to check it out with my ampeg set up.

Hi All:
Here are couple of pics of my first generation pedal board and amp set-up. I'll shoot some pics of the latest metamorphosis as soon as the last pieces of the puzzle arrive.

This set-up was actually a "little" over kill and not real live playing friendly (what was I thinking). I scaled down the boards to 1 and am using a Roland GR-33 as my MIDI controller for patch changes and expression control for the rack mounted gear along with some FS-5U's. I got rid of the N28s and bought an Eden NC-250 for the bass rig and sold the two JC's and added a rack mount Marshall 8008 power amp and 2 Epifany UL-110's. I'm waiting on the UL-110's.

More to come

*faints*  :bassist: that setup is SOOOOOOOO cool.

It's good to be back. The unfortunate part is that i have less than no skills on bass now. I had none before, and wow made me lose that

[mutters something about Dan's foolishness] :ninja:

Hows Spanky been? crazy as ever?

Yup. His back is doing fine, and I think he's off his meds, but he's in a metal band, so the doctors and the psych warden are on standby just in case. :D
