i know, not a "pet" but i had to upload this one. my son, less than 1 month old

Wow, that is priceless! You should have it framed.

+1 on the the baby photo ! Amazing...

and

+1 on the shelter cure !! If you want a cat or a dog, PLEASE visit and take action at your local animal shelter. These future friends KNOW they are rescues and are forever grateful. They've had all their shots, and MOST importantly, they will save YOUR life !!!

I love this thread so much !!!! It always brings tears to my eyes because it's emotion overload.

Here is Tiger with my '99 Cirrus (again)

Tiger looks like a cutie! Also, that's a nice Cirrus.

Today my sweet Chloe passed after 13 years on the planet. I would have traded all my basses for just one more year.

Rest in Peace. I know you are barking at the bassists in heaven.

My condolences. I know how hard this is. I lost my two Labs last December and my wife this past March. I just try to remember that they would not want us mourning for too long. They would want us to cherish their memories and carry forward. The day will come where we will see our loves ones again. Until then, peace.

I'm so, so sorry! I truly understand that pain. It sounds like you loved her VERY much, so I know she had 13 wonderful years with you. Give yourself the time you need to grieve - 13 years with anyone is family.

I firmly believe my dearly departed kitty Bingo, who we lost to cancer a few years ago, will be waiting to lead me into the light when the time comes.

My thoughts are with you and your new guardian angel.
