In the near future im thinking about adding in a MIDI keyboard, and a controller unit of some sort (probably Behringer BCF2000) so it makes mixing easier

Its changed quite a bit form this :

My current setup is :

CPU - Intel P4 "Prescott core" 3.2 Ghz running at 3.7 Ghz (Coolermaster Hyper6 getting installed soon)
RAM - 1Gb DDR400, 512MB per channel
HDD - 250Gb Maxtor; 200Gb Maxtor; 74.4Gb Raptor (Main)

My spare room.

The absorbers are cloth-covered semi-rigid fibreglass (similar to 703). The mixer, PC, monitor and some rack EQs are all in a roadcase for live gigs, which docks into the desk for mixing. That was the best idea I've ever had!

Here's my somewhat redesigned studio setup:

Basically, I'm using both a Pro Tools LE rig with an Mbox2, on my Macbook. And an Adobe Audition rig with an M-audio Delta 66 interface on my old desktop PC. The desktop PC has a 400gb secondary internal hard-drive. And the Macbook has a 160gb internal drive, along with a 320gb firewire external, and a 250gb USB Western Digital external drive (fits right in your pocket! ).

Mackie HR824 monitors. The Tapco monitors are hooked up as well, but I don't use them much. Those HR824s own! And the KRKs (my old monitors) are just being used as stands....

Mackie 1402 mixer. M-one rackmount for effects, and a Behringer composer for compression. Couple really cool old mic preamps. iAudio x5 mp3 player (sounds amazing). Klark Technik DI.

It's a pretty sweet setup. There's a couch in the back too, along with a whole buncha basses, an archtop guitar, an old wurlitzer piano, and my bass rig. I spend most of my time in here

I am running a 3.3Ghz P4 system, 2 gb ram, 2 internal 250gb drives,
2 external 250gb drives, software is Cubase SL3, Hypersonic, Jamstix,
Tassmans VSTI synths collection, and too many plug ins to list. Using a
Korg Micro control for controlling VSTI's, and a roland xp60 for general
keys work. My interface is a Tascam FW-1082 firewire 8 channel audio
interface. Touch sensitive motorized faders, its pretty cool. Also I use
the M-Audio Black Box Reloaded as a direct guitar/bass recording device,
or sometimes as a mobile recording interface for small projects.

Not pictured are several mics, a Roland EM-50 keyboard and B&W 601 studio monitors (CHECK THEM OUT if you get the chance, incredible speakers) amongst other things.

Not bad for an 18 year old huh. Everything's mine except one of the Jazz Chorus guitar amps.

I've got nothing fancy, and no pictures right now, but I'm using a 2GHz iMac G5 with 1.5GB of RAM and a 150GB internal HD with a 350GB external HD. I'm running an Alesis IO26 firewire interface into Logic Express, Cubase, Reason, and yes, Garageband.
