Pardon the naive q and yes, I’m aware that this is not what it was intended for. A simple yeah, good idea, no, bad idea will more than suffice.

It's rated at 210 watts @ 4 ohms and 300 watts @ 2 ohms. For an 8 ohm cab, that's likely about 120 watts.
You probably will have to use either the Hi-Z inputs or the Aux input. You might possibly need a DI to use a mic input.

Microphone preamps - I count six in the photo - may be a bit overloaded by even a passive bass. You might need to turn down the volume on the instrument to avoid the resulting distortion.
You can't use the mic input with a passive bass, the input impedance is WAY too low. Typically ~3k

There are 1/4" unbalanced inputs on each channel too, the input impedance of these is about 200k so they should work fine for an active bass and not too bad for most passive basses.

I have the rack power amp that uses the same guts as that mixer, minus the mixer circuitry (Peavey M-3000). Tough unit. I feed it with the output of a Zoom B-2 and drive a bass cab with it. Works great.

I have used a little four-channel Peavey mixer head as a bass amp, powering a 1 x 15 cab, at band practice a few times. I plugged into one channel’s unbalanced input, set the channel EQ flat and tweaked my tone with the master EQ. Worked great.
