Power supply + pedalboard power cord question

So I’m finally assembling my first pedalboard and already have a dilemma. The Rockboard (Duo 2.2) has a power cord hole in the side but it’s made for a small barrel-style power cable, not the beefy type that comes with the Cioks DC7, neither end of which will fit through the hole. Are there slimmer-plug power cables out there or any kind of adapter I can use? I know I can just run the power cord under the edge of the pedalboard like a basic savage, but out the side would be great if possible.

If I were building a new pedalboard it would probably be a Temple Audio one. They’re completely modular and CIOKS makes a power supply specifically for those boards. I’d return the Rockboard and your current CIOKS.
Here’s a link.

Well my suggestion would be to use dremel and open up that hole enough for the plug to pass through.
I thought about that. Was hoping for something less invasive, but I may go with this. Maybe I could find a nice grommet to cover the rough edges of the hole and make it look clean/professional (I’m neurotic about such stuff).

I don't think that port was meant for a power cable. Most pedal boards sell/offer a panel that includes power, di, on/off switch among other things.
He showed the power unit frim Warwick that fits the hole but I have to agree with him. I would want a regular cable and not a “wall wart” to power the board.

Could just run the cable out the bottom of the board? The feet mean it won't be resting on the cable. You can run it in any direction.

But, if you really want it to come out right by the hole, you could run it out the bottom and zip-tie it to the hole.
