Practice amp choice

Hello,
Just a quick question, I'm looking for a practice amp (new bass player). If you had a choice between a new Acoustic B20 or a used (good condition) Fender Rumber 100 combo what would be the better choice? This is my first bass amp. My SX bass sould be here Monday so I'd like to have something before it gets here.

i bought a new practice amp about a year ago - the first in over 20 years - and while trying the Acoustic the sound began to break up and distort while still not very loud. I would go with the Fender. Eventually I ended up buying the GK Backline 1 x10" 70 watts and really like it. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0018TIT7S

you did'nt mention price,I have had Trace Elliot and Ashdown and a million others maybe I recently saw and was blown out by Markbass.If you are on a tight budget then I was Impressed by Crate they have about 65 or 75 wattsI forgot and also a 12"speaker I have had this amp 3 times and it never let me down,It will keep up to a drum set providing he his not a thrash drummer.Right now Im owning 3 amps but own a Ashdown combo 100 watts and 15"spkr its a decent piece It will keep up with the Oldies and Blues bands but falls just a touch short in my original music project so budget is Fender Hartke Peavey Crate and money not an object try Trace Elliot Ampeg SWR or Markbass or even Ashdown

150.00? You should jump on it now.

When I first started I bought a Rumble 60, never had a problem with it, still have it but since have upgraded. The Rumble 100 is much better IMO. I wish that I would have bought it when starting out instead of the 60.

There is a Rumble 100 for sale on craigslist in my area for 240.00 so if you can get one for 150.00 and its in good condition I would say go for it.
