Prat Original I, 4 string... yes! 4 string!

Hi Guys! Long time I don't post anything in TB, but I think I never post anything less than 6 string haha!

So, this new bass is for a TB member, lowendmafia. He have a pair of Prat Basses, so always is a honor for me to build a new bass for somebody that really knows about my basses. Thank you, MAN!

So, this bass is going to be a Prat Original I, and these are the specs:

-4 string
-34" scale
-Bolt on
-1 piece padouk neck
-wenge fingerboard, 24 frets
-1 piece mahogany body
-1 piece spalted maple top

lowendmafia still thinking on electronics, so I suppose we'll know soon.

Ok, so we continue with this baby. Woods are totally stable. I filled a few small cracks and holes, typical from cazy spalted maple. So now is time to glue the top on the body:

I've been told so many dates that have come and gone I don't really even care anymore. He moved out of the country and left all the basses to be finished by other people.

His facebook page is continually active, last updates under a week ago. Everything on there gives me a vibe that he may be in Spain right now? Still actively building and seems like he's still working on things and adding to his building reputation. Longshot, but maybe he was deported?

He didn't get deported. He just moved to Spain without finishing about 20 basses.

That's a bunch of bull. If he wasn't gonna finish he should've refunded you or at least delivered an unfinished bass someone else could finish for you.

The body and neck are done, all that needs to happen is assembly. Im battling being upset and not caring anymore/ not wanting to give him anymore money.
