Preamp Pedal With Headphones?

Sorry if this has been covered. The search turned up a few results but they are old and wouldn't include the preamps that have come along in the last couple years.

What I'm looking for is a bass preamp pedal that can be used with an amplifier, headphones or both, but not necessarily at the same time. I'm assembling a mini board to travel with and I would like to have the ability to practice silently without lugging extra gear around.

So, is there anything I should be looking at?

I have used the Nux MBP-5 and loved it, but its software was a little flaky for me.
I now use a Palmer Pocket Amp Bass and it has been great for me.

I have not tried (but would love to) the Broighton Messenger DI and the Darkglass Vintage Ultra.

EDIT:
Also the best thing I did was add a Cioks 4 and a USB battery. Just an instrument cable with a bass and I'm good to go.

I really liked the Shift-Line Olympic. It ended up not fitting my setup the way I needed, but it was everything advertised. Solid.

I’m now using a mini amp (not a pre) - the Quilter Interbass 45. Fantastic piece of gear. Sold my BB800 because this little amp will cover all my low volume gigs. Plus headphone out (switchable from line out), plus effects loop (which can be co-opted for an aux in and/or line out). There are threads here on it.

Also, +1 on the Cioks power supplies!

I use a TC Electronic Spectradrive. You've got compressor and drive on there plus your EQ. Works well for me and you can select various drive and compressor options through the Toneprint software. Been using mine for about 4 years now.

Ampeg SCR-DI may fit the bill for you. XLR, 1/4", and headphone outputs, and auxiliary inputs as well as instrument input. The auxiliary input was the main selling point for me, as not all preamp pedals have this feature, and I primarily use mine for silent practice and/or transcribing. It works fine as a preamp into a power amp or bass head as well. It is, however, a heavy little pedal (built like a tank), and if that's an issue, perhaps a Phil Jones Bighead HA-2 may fit your needs better.

I have a Digitec . Has all of what you are looking for. Unfortunately it’s disco tuned.
