Presonus studio Channel no power after changing tube

So I bought this studio Channel used and shipped it to an adress and picked it up

Once I got it, i immediately changed the tube to a ECC803S JJ

I turned it on for a min and got a strange noise coming out of my amp
So I powered it off to check my wiring and it looked fine

Tried to power it on again and got nothing

Did I short somthing ?

Why would a tube change cause this ?
Isn’t the ecc803 a 12Ax7 equivalent?
