Well, my main bass is just a plain old MIM white P bass, but my band mate is Rick Rivets, co-founder of the New York Dolls.
I hope this classifies it as a "punk" bass....

Eh, I love The Pistols. Truly I do. But The Dolls kicked off in 1971. They were one of the Sex Pistols' influences, and they certainly influenced Malcolm MacLaren.

Both great bands tho'!
