My little portable fun board! Bought a Nano and just wanted it as small grab and go board. BSY along with the synths in the Zoom makes this a very funky little board! Bought a second MeatBox (only pedal I've owned two of at the same time because it's THAT GOOD!). The mini photo expression makes for fun pitch-shifting controlled by light; theremin-like if used right.
I've been out of the loop for a while on here. I figured it was time for an update. I've got a Super Symmetry on order. The space at the bottom is for a GigRig bypass looper.
Nice board... I'm going to have to look for one of those talent boosters!

I think that board would love a comp! Better tracking on the pitch effects plus even dynamics for the fuzz!!
I was thinking maybe adding the Manta or getting an Obscura for that reverse delay in a smaller enclosure.
Honestly, Im not much of a compressor guy but its something that I can look into.
Getting closer, need a Delay and Chorus and I'm set. The OD footswitch will fit there too.

Oh I absolutely need to build a talent booster and put it on my board. Maybe put a boost in there as a joke. Talent booster just makes you louder.

That is a really awesome board, and looks like you can get some amazing tones. I've got a B3K, but I'd love to play with that entire row the B3K is on. What are you using to light up underneath? I'm toying with the he idea of setting up some LED lights under my board and use a controller so they are activated by the music.

Thanks. We are a three piece dance band. So synth sounds are a no brainer. Plenty of options with my pedals, just trying to use what the song needs each time. Gotta love presets for that.

All the lights are is an LED strip powered by a 9v outlet from the power supply. I've got a different kit in my rack that I can change the colors with a remote. I'm about to up my game on the pedalboard. Then my lights can match my shoes.

That step sound though. If it was smooth I could see it being fun, but the abruptness of it makes me dislike it.
I've thought of making a switch so I can change between the two pitches.
Latest version... put the MXR bass preamp and VT Bass on the selling block and got a new VT Bass DI, so more downsizing in the hope of eventually squeezing in a Line6 G50. This VTDI sounds much better than the first unit I've had last year, probably due the the gear, I guess. So my set-up is getting simpler all the time, but I still have a shitload of good sounding fxs.
So…the next round of slight changes.
Replaced MXR Bass Preamp and Phat Phuk B by a Great Destroyer and a Meatbox (the mood seems to be getting more aggressive).
This one was a bit of a puzzling challenge, but after some planning and crazy cabling it was successful.
The conditions:
– All pedals need to fit on a PT Jr.
– The Barbershop serves as always-on preamp thingy, but the Great Destroyer needs to be first in the chain or I would lose the nice oscillation interactions of the pedal and my P's Volume/Tone-controls. Now I have one fuzz before and one after the Meatbox, which is also nice. The Barbershop is now second in the chain.
– The Subterranea needs to be somewhere at the beginning of the chain for better tracking, but also positioned close to the Phase 90, since there's a tune for which I need to activate them both with one step. The Phase 90 in turn needs to be towards the end of the chain (to phase the distortion, fuzz, filter etc.)
– The Proton and the Unpleasant Surprise need to be next to each other, so I can activate them both with one step for nifty synth stuff.

Dude your board is so sick. Gonna look great with one more pedal in that upper right...
Two more! Probably Boss PS-6 and a Minifooger flanger.
I remembered why I flipped the Rainbow Machine the first time I had it, it was like half of a chorus sound and just.. Idk.
Maybe I still should give it more than 14 hours, the magic switch WOULD be sweet for dronings.
My second power supply just came in so it's time to show my configuration of my new Pedaltrain 2 Classic! I just received a Wren & Cuff Phat Phuk B and I'm already a HUGE fan of it. Seriously a magic preamp kind of effect, I'm having trouble sounding bad with this thing on.
I expect to replace the Aqua Puss and add another pedal next to the MXR Phase 99 - any ideas?
I recently got a digital camera so my pictures' quality are getting better. My next post will be an even clearer picture, with my wires cleaned up a ton! I'm still waiting on more power supply cables + EBS flat cables, and I still need to actually mount the Pedal Powers under the board. Just need the drill bit, lol. Still, I've come a long way this year from my PT-JR sized wood board.
