Zero noise, my pickups make more noise than it does. Really wish I'd see other people with them, GigRig rules. Got to meet their CEO at NAMM and he's a cool guy.


The Isolators aren't really for noise reduction, there are certain kinds of pedals that will work properly with them and a lot that won't. If you try and power a Whammy (Bass or V) with an Isolator, it won't work, just due to the nature of the electricals and whatnot.

Good to know. I have looked at those, if I ever decode to ditch the OneSpot approach, they might be what I end going with.

Good to hear that! I'm gonna switch to GigRig at some point this summer. For the space and weight savings alone! But yeah, don't see a lot of heavy adoption out there so far.

My pedaltrain junior board it posted a week or so ago uses a generator to power it. Distributor for everything analog, isolator for the digital stuff and for the bass whammy I use their high current time lord adaptor.

Glad to hear some good feedback on those. I am perfectly happy with my Lava cables but I only have a couple of plugs left. I will be using those new EBS ones for my rack pedalboard setup. I just have to figure out what I will use and how many I will need before I order from BBB. I have been looking for something to order from them since they tried to help out on the SGD thing.

I'm sitting here, staring at my board, which I completely unhooked just to add 1 pedal, LOL! I gotta admit, I'm very happy with everything I have right at this moment. I'm not a huge dirt fan, which is why there isn't much of it on my board. The Beta and the OFD cover most of what I need, but I've heard a few that have made me look twice. I need to back off of the effects purchasing for a bit, but I'll be keeping my eyes and ears open...
