R. Cocco strings NSD so pleased

In my best estimation, the Foderas have a softer attack. The R Coccos have a more complex midrange. There are more harmonics and they are beautiful. To be totally candid, I have always paired the R Coccos with a Jazz bass that has a Rosewood fretboard and Aero type one pickups. The Foderas on the other hand are on a Jazz bass with standard Fralins and a maple neck.

I´ve had a set of their nickel´s (45-100) on my favorite bass for 8 to 9 months now. I´ve probably found home. Thanks R. Cocco!

Really great strings. The nickels have a smooth feel for a roundwound, great warm sound, and they tend to stay in tune even after just putting them on.
They used to be used by Pedulla until Pedulla came out with their own brand.

Thread revival. The nickel and steel rounds both kick it out and are my fave fave rounds of all time. Getting to buy a few new sets as my current steels approach the one-year mark, and while I deeply dig the sound of aged rounds, I need to get prepared…

yeah i used to get them from bassstringonline. seems like most of the dealers are in Europe now.
