Who had breakfast today? I didn't. Just some freshly roasted/ground Bali coffee in a pour over with a slice of DKB and PB that got cold by the time I got around to eating it. Crazy messes at work all day, no time to slow down, not yet anyway and I should have been off 45 minutes ago.

The sun is out, the clouds are mostly gone, and opening night for the local AAA baseball team. It's a good day in the 360.

Mine started off with two fried eggs topped by avocado and sharp cheddar. I'm currently polishing off a pour over made with some Sumatran beans I roasted just over a week ago.

Two sourdough rolls with PB, one banana, and a cup of oragnic Mexican Chiapas in a pour over with beans I roasted earlier this week. A bit more acidic and bitter than I like, but I think I went a little overboard on the roast.

Scrambled eggs with avocado, habanero, and jalapeno slices. One slice of DKB, and an Americano using beans from the first blend I created with my new roaster. If it stays as good as initial tastes, I shall call it to Ooo La La blend.

Man Mike, we're nearly on the same page this morning.

3 egg omelet with peppers ( bell and serrano ) avacado, onions and mushrooms ( just good ole button mushrooms ) some rye toast with a jalapeno jelly my gal made a few weeks ago and some peach wedges that were left over from last nights desert. No coffee yet, just had some grapefruit juice and water.

Right on buddy!

Whatcha got lined up for this afternoon? I'm wrapping up some loose ends and getting the house ready before the wife and I take a road trip (about three hours) east to Washington wine country for the weekend.

That sounds fantastic actually.

There is a Thai place near work called Orchid Thai that has fantastic Pad Thai so I will be having that, I think. Trying to convince my co worker to try them out. She love the same foods I do ( she is of Indian decent by way of Fiji :) )

This weekend is a horse riding excursion with my young un. She loves riding and it is that time of year. Our first ride of the season. We're planning on 3 hours ( my old butt is gonna be sore . . . )

No breakfast for me today, just coffee. A did a pour over with some Sumatran beans I roasted last week.

It's not often in this part of the state to wake up to the sun in full blast mode and blue skies. Today was one of those days. It makes it easier to get up and going, that's for sure. It's going to be a hot one, but I'll be inside working. The daily dog walk will be shortened a little bit and earlier than normal so as not to make it uncomfortable for the dog.

Tonight I am taking the wife to see Shania Twain.

Two sourdough rolls with Adams peanut butter, and a pour over with an Ethiopian Limu I roasted Sunday. Topped off with 32 ounces of water. Off to a good start. It's going to be a hot one in this part of the 360 today.
